Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Zarina O Cosmetics! We want you to love everything you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the returns process as easy as possible.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If you’ve had a change of heart and your order hasn’t been opened or used, please let us know and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs.
Due to hygiene considerations, African net sponges cannot be returned if the hygiene sticker has been removed or the item has been used
Order Cancellations
If you’ve placed an order and need to cancel it, you can do so easily—just reach out to us before it’s packed and shipped! We’ll cancel your order for you, no problem.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we’re truly sorry about that! Please contact us within 1 business day at enquiries@ZarinaOCosmetics.com and send us a photo of the issue. We’ll get that sorted out for you right away!
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days after the estimated delivery date, don’t worry! Just reach out to us so we can work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
If your order hasn't arrived please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date.
Customs
If an order is returned to us by the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund
